How to clean dirty and stained car seats (detailers will probably hate this)
This video shows how to clean stained car seats with ease, and the help of some karcher rm519 detergent coupled with a brush, and a shop vac. No foam, no mess, no fuss. Many detailers often forget to mention that, for most people, a decent result is more than enough and get lost in the details, suggest expensive products and tedious processes to gain that extra 1% that nobody in the real world actually cares about so... here's to them :)
00:04 Step 1: use a shopvac or any vacuum cleaner to remove dirt and debris from the seat.
00:26 Step 2: Spray enough warm seat cleaning solution, or any carpet cleaner on the seat so that it's barely soaked.

How to paint a door handle or any car trim piece
Просмотров 1494 месяца назад
This video shows how to paint most car trims, without the application of body filler since it was just a quick hack job. 00:04 Step 1: Sand the surface to remove as much paint as possible. 00:39 Step 2: Use some solvent to clean the surface and remove loose paint. 01:09 Step 3: Prepare the surface using finer sandpaper. Apply some filler where needed (we didn't to it...) 01:34 Step 4: Apply 2 c...
RIP dear floor jack
Просмотров 924 месяца назад
Well, after almost 15 years and 2 rebuilds our floor jack bit the bullet. The piston seized after using improper oil, got stuck and deformed the bore it slides into. "any" oil will work in a pinch was true, too bad we forgot to drain, clean and rebuild the unit afterwards and left it sitting. Swollen orings, deformed plastic oil scrapers... Oh well, time to buy a new one! Outro music: Tribal Pe...
Magnetic water conditioners and softeners are, indeed, a scam.

3 little magnets, no wonder we kept having to service our washing machine given how hard the water is where we live. Thank god for polyphosphate crystals. Despite having to be replaced twice yearly at least they preventi limescale and corrosion to a measurable degree...

Still doesn't help my car
came for the safety tips, stayed for the marmelade
..is it a good tyre?..
It does its job well, it hates rocks though ;)
Sweet thanks 😎
Didn’t work
My brakes looks like that, no wonder I have less stopping power than usual
better replace them!
Before I even attempted to install the blind rivet nut, thought I’d take the bolt the I will use in application to see if it would fit. They’re both M6. The bolt I’m gonna use stopped two threads in and those two threads were deformed. Why would that be?
THAT BOI LEAN
Thanks Just bought a pair of 3 ton maasdam stand jacks They have the label but the manual doesn't mention what it means. Thanks.
I wish this is the same solution for 2003 Corolla,,oh well

"Non l'ho sganciata io"
It's just a magnet....i don't understand? Maybe I'm a tard lol.
You most definitely are not! It's just a set of little, weak, passive magnets... No wonder these "conditioners" don't work.
I must admit that sound from this engine killing me !
Mi sembra che giri poco..
1:06 how to crimp wires without dedicated crimping tools. Step one, pull out dedicated crimping tool.
Thanks for the tip! One thing, though, isnt the vehicle supposed to be off the ground? (At least the wheels that you're measuring?)
You're welcome! If you raise the wheel you're not reading the actual "static" camber so that tends to screw things up. What we do when we have to be very accurate and understand a suspension setup without measuring suspension pick up points etc is quite simple: we remove the wheel after marking the shock's length at rest, remove the spring and then either reinstall the wheel or use the brake disc as a reference point to measure dynamic camber and toe values. This is useful for understanding a car's dynamic setup and adjust bump steer or modify the hubs to achieve the desired camber when it actually matters... which is when the wheels are loaded during a corner. If you don't have a whole team and loads of testing time\equipment using a white sharpie to mark the tyres' tread perpendicular to the road and seeing how much you scrape off during a couple of test laps is generally enough. At least you'll know if you're using the tyre's whole contact patch during a corner or not :)
im about to do this to mine. would you recommend sanding the middle bottom of the trunk? mines all black like yours
Sorry i missed your comment. Yes, I would sand it.
1:08 THANK you so much for pointing this out, most creators dont show what screw is there and i cant find it on any mazda diagrams, now i know which one to use.
Glad we could help! That's what this channel is mostly about :)

Nice job driving off road.
He's one of us!
Do the holes on the bolt have to match or line up with the hole on fitting ?
Not necessarily!
8 2/3 years later, and this video helped me out. I watched it twice just for the music, and then I let it play in the background as I adjusted my nuts and cable. I have the fastest throttle response on the block now, thanks to you!!

I'm not sure what glazing brakes is. Guess I'm heading to Google. 🥲
Google is your friend!
I see it all the time. My wife’s mini van sounds like the pads and rotors are glazed over.
how did you disconnect the white thing at the beginning? it’s so hard for me
With patience!
I just thought about this. Know what else could work? Needle nose pliers. Interesting.
If you have the hand strength of a giant... :)
Lol I seen another video 10 yrs ago you drill out the threads on the nut use box wrench to the bolt and nut to hold fastener in the hole than tighten down the bolt to compress your way saved some time and a drill bit those bolt threads are not soft to drill out lol
Mechanic of 44 years this was not the way i was taught, ball pien hammer.
How much horse power?
around 150hp\l
Great idea. FWIW, Flyin' Miata sells a billet aluminum replacement latch with built-in set screw. Accomplishes the exact same thing for $65.
FM has all kinds of nice products but you can't beat being this cheap!
Hey I have a 20mm vhbz on my 50cc benelli now it runs great at the top but won’t idle for some reason I have a 75 main jet and a 48 idle jet and a 60slide with a 1E needle
Raise the idle a little bit and see if it stays on. If it does either live with it or change the idle jet!
@@TheDementedMonkeys how large may the idle jet be?
@@mr.whiskers6273 no idea, sorry. Without having the bike here it's almost impossible to guess! Jets are cheap though...
horse shit

Using the 85-90 hp 1600 SOHC motors as points of reference, how easily can they be fettled in road-going spec to match the 105-108 hp 1600 Twin-Cam engines used in the Ritmo/Strada 105TC and Delta 1.6 GT? Would 100-110 hp for a 1600 SOHC be a realistic target?
It's not too hard and should actually require only minor tuning and some decent parts ;)
The float pin won’t come out for my carb.cannot push out, or pull. Any ideas?
Hammering it out could destroy the float, or the ruin the pin... so i'd try to hammer it out only after sourcing a new float and pin :)
@@TheDementedMonkeys I think I can find a new float and pin.
@@jeffgbirch2793 Then go ahead!
All that work for a $7 tool???
Yes, since it belonged to my stepfather.
Clever, thanks
You're welcome!
